How it works
We handle 100% of the local visa processing — for our clients and for partner agencies.
Send us a clear colour copy of your passport. We handle the immigration paperwork and the pre-approval from there — there is no form for you to fill in and no embassy appointment to make.
Send it at least 30 days before you travel. Processing usually takes two to three weeks inside that window, and the extra days are the margin that stops a delay becoming a cancelled trip.
That deadline is the reason to talk to us before you book anything else, rather than after.
What it costs, and when you pay
Visa fees change periodically — contact us for the current rate. The fee is separate from your tour price and is paid in cash on arrival.
Who we cannot arrange one for
The Socotra visa is not available to holders of Israeli passports. We say so plainly because it is better to know now than to find out late.
The visa and the flight together
The return flight from Jeddah and the Socotra visa are arranged on request, or you can book your own flight. Neither is included as standard in the tour price.
Tickets for the Jeddah route cannot be booked online — the booking has to be made by a licensed operator on the island, which is part of what we can handle for you on request.
